Ordering

When you place an order with All Spice & Island Foods (referred to as “We” or “Us”), you are making an offer to buy a specific product at the price and with the delivery costs you see. To process your order, we require your name, email address, shipping address, and credit card details. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to, pricing errors, incorrect product descriptions, or product unavailability. Your agreement with All Spice & Island Foods is only finalized once we confirm that we have accepted your order and your payment has been processed successfully.

Prices & Products

All prices and product availability are maintained on our website. While we make every effort to keep this information up-to-date, we cannot guarantee that all details are current at the time you place your order. Prices, product availability, and delivery charges may change at any time. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices are shown in AUD

Click and Collect

If you’d like to save on delivery fees, we offer a Click and Collect option. Please visit our contact page for details on the pickup location.
Shipping Costs

To ensure secure delivery, all orders are sent via tracked Express Post or Parcel Post. The total postage cost is calculated during checkout and depends on the size of your order and your delivery location. Because of this, even a single pack of spice will have a minimum shipping charge. We encourage you to consider if there are a few other spices you might need to make the shipping cost more worthwhile.

Title/Risk

We will maintain full ownership of the products you order until we have received your payment in full.

Delivery

We do our best to meet all scheduled delivery times, but please note that we cannot guarantee them in every case. We are not liable for any delays that may occur.

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of being placed, using Australia Post (either Express Post or an equivalent service). Domestic delivery times generally range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Australia and Australia Post’s delivery schedule.

Refund & Returns Policy

We will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund, minus the original freight cost, for any order returned to All Spice & Island Foods within 4 weeks of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
