Chilli Teja are long thin and fiery red whole chili pods known for their intense pungency. Originating from the Guntur region of India they are one of the hottest chili varieties commonly used in Indian cuisine with a Scoville heat rating often ranging from 50 000 to over 100 000 SHU.
